How good is the collage print quality?
The output is consistent, producing smooth blends and skin tones, vibrant solid colors, and sharp text. We are always cleaning and maintaining our equipment to avoid streaky solids and ink blotches. We will not send out anything which we feel is sub standard. Our staff is focused on providing the best quality output for our customers.

What kind of papers can I choose from?
Low Gloss Paper (For most needs, low glare, high quality vibrant colors) High Gloss Paper (For those who want glossy, vibrant, eye-catching output)

Do I have a choice of background color for my collage?
Yes! You may have noticed that in most all of the sample collages we use a very special technique that keeps the primary (main pictures) photos in full color while making the background photos a two tone with slight color. This style allow you to fit your collage into the color scheme of the room it will be displayed. Also, it makes your collage easier to view. If every photo was in full color each picture would compete with each other. It also allows the main focus photo to really pop.

Can I combine both old black and white photos with newer color photos?
YES! Again with an exclusive two tone back ground design this works great.  

What is in the free kit and why should I order it?
Inside the kit you will find easy to follow directions on how to go about selecting and labeling you photos. Both an order form and price list is enclosed. Once you decide on your collage size and have collected your photos we have enclosed a self address envelope in which to send your photos in , along with an order form. After your done, just send it back to us, it¹s that easy.

Will I get my original pictures back?
Yes! Your original pictures will be digitally scanned and returned to you after collage is completed.

Can I make changes of my collage?
Yes! We will send you a proof of your collage by either regular mail or by e-mail (using a PDF file) Please note that the proof size with be 81/2 x 11 and it is to be viewed for basic look and design quality. You may make minor changes at that time.

Can I get extra prints made of my collage?
Yes! You may get as many as you would like. Our price list has all the details.

What kind of turnaround can I expect?
We generally would like 3 to 6 weeks to design, proof, print and ship collage. Please call for more information on rush orders.

How many photos should I send?
The number of photos for your collage depend upon this size of the collage that you order. When you receive your free kit it will give you the details on the amount of photos for the collage size

Can I select the photo that I want to feature?
Yes. Again when you order the free kit, it will explain how best to select your photos as well as what photos make the best "featured" ones.

What makes this different from a photo collage I make myself?
With over 40 years of graphics and photography experience our staff can create a collage that will far exceed what "off the shelf programs" are capable of giving you.

Can I get a CD of my collage?
Yes. We will ship you a CD that contains a PDF file that will allow you to print as many collages that you need.

Will you frame the final piece?
No. There are so many choice of styles and color that it would not be practical. We are however working with some major frame shops to offer discounts for using them to frame your collage. (We will notify you when this becomes final.)
